// A 6-MONTH START-TO-FINISH CAMPAIGN
This campaign was completed as the capstone for my advertising degree at the University of Florida for the ADV4800 Advertising Campaigns course. I served my team, True Grit Media, as the Creative Writing Director as well as one of the creative designers. True Grit Media had the honor of being selected by Bill Bryan Truck Destination and their ad agency, Pinnacle Creative Group, as the first-place winner! This means that Bill Bryan Automotive Group was impressed with our team effort and dedication and will be implementing some of our design ideas and community outreach events into their upcoming advertising strategies.

Another key aspect of this advertising campaign was internal branding. Our team was together, but not unified. We needed to be born, to create an identity that would differentiate us from the competition. As the Creative Writing Director, I was put in charge of creating a team name, slogan, and logo. I knew I wanted the team's identity to align with the values of our client. We wanted to showcase that we're hard workers, that we value the process, and we are independent thinkers. Thus, the agency by the name of True Grit Media came to fruition. From there, I took our core values and wrote the slogan "Pioneering Promotion" to elevate our purpose, which was to create a groundbreaking campaign that would blow our competition out of the water. I knew I needed to design a tough, hard-hitting logo to emphasize True Grit Media's hunger for victory, so I created a grungy bull skull outline, complete with the burnt colors of our beloved Alma Mater, the University of Florida.
